Functional/Toggle Coverage tool using VCD dump file.
This tool will take the VCD dump file from a simulation
environment and detect struck-0 and struck-1 toggle
report of each node in that environment.
This can be used to find out the effectiveness of a test bench:
when the VCD dump file comes from a Gate level simulation environment, the tool will
show the actual functional coverage for a given module
