A basic FPGA development board, which can operate either in autonomous mode (with bitstream stored in a serial EEPROM) or with a JTAG connector to a PC. The board targets the Xilinx 4000 or Spartan series. It includes a socket for an on-barod clock, the possibility of writing to the EEPROM in place, all FPGA pins brought out to 6 external connectors, and test LEDs and buttons. Documentation is in Spanish.
